Careers at Prismware

Own the Microsoft systems real businesses run on.

Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365 and AI for manufacturers, distributors and companies across North America and beyond. You work with the client, across the whole stack, from the first workshop to go-live and the support that follows.

The teams

Teams you can join

Work our teams delivered. Real projects, live today.

How we work

Every project starts with the business. Consultants run discovery with the client's team before anything is configured.

One team, start to finish. The people who design a system take it live and support it afterward.

Code gets two reviews. Every pull request is reviewed by AI and signed off by a person in Azure DevOps before it merges.

AI is part of the job. Teams use Copilot and agents in their own work, not only in what they deliver.

How you grow

Across the stack. You move between ERP, CRM, cloud and AI work as projects call for it, instead of staying in one product for years.

In front of clients. You present your own work to the people who use it.

Microsoft-certified. Prismware's partner status runs on certified people, so certification is part of the work.

Who this isn't for

This isn't the right fit if you want one product for years, if you'd rather hand a problem off than own it, or if you'd rather never speak to a client. Everything here is client work, and you own what you build.

The people you'll work with

Usman Jhangiri

Founder & CEO

Usman founded Prismware Technologies in 2021 with a clear mandate: give growing SMBs access to the same calibre of Microsoft expertise that enterprise companies take for granted — without the bloated project costs or the handoff-to-support runaround. With deep hands-on experience across Dynamics 365, Business Central, Azure Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, and the Power Platform, Usman has spent his career at the intersection of business operations and Microsoft technology. He doesn't just understand the tools — he understands what it costs a 50-person manufacturer when their ERP goes sideways, or what it means for a distribution company's cash flow when a Business Central migration drags six months past deadline. That real-world perspective shapes everything at Prismware. Under Usman's leadership, the firm carved out a distinct position rescuing failed Microsoft implementations — a problem that's far more common than most vendors will admit, and one that demands both technical depth and straight-talk with business owners. Usman speaks to clients as peers, not as a vendor reading from a proposal. He'll tell you when your current stack is the problem, when it's the process, and when it's both. That directness, combined with end-to-end accountability — implementation, training, ongoing support, and licensing through Prismware's CSP relationship via Arrow Electronics — is why clients stay long after go-live. Based out of Prismware's Vaughan, ON headquarters, Usman leads a team that operates across Canada, the United States, and Pakistan, bringing an AI-first lens to every engagement and ensuring that Copilot and the broader Microsoft Frontier layer are always part of the conversation — not an afterthought.

Tuba Zafar

COO

Tuba Zafar keeps Prismware Technologies running at the pace its clients demand. As COO, she owns the operational backbone of the firm — ensuring that every project moves from kickoff to go-live with the kind of structure and accountability that SMB clients rarely get from larger Microsoft partners. Tuba's focus is on the machinery behind great delivery: resource coordination, project governance, client communication rhythms, and the internal processes that let Prismware punch above its weight across engagements in Canada, the US, and Pakistan. Where technical ambition meets real-world deadlines, Tuba is the one making sure both sides of that equation hold. She brings a clear-eyed, execution-first mindset to a firm that was built on fixing what other vendors leave broken. That means building repeatable delivery frameworks that don't rely on heroics, and making sure clients always know where their project stands — not just when something goes wrong. Working closely with Founder & CEO Usman Jhangiri, Tuba helps translate Prismware's AI-first vision and Microsoft Solutions Partner capabilities into consistent, on-the-ground results for the manufacturers, distributors, and professional services firms the company serves.
