One number everywhere. Calls ring on the laptop, mobile app and desk phone, and move between them mid-call.

Is Teams Phone included in Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 E5 includes Teams Phone Standard. Business plans and E3 add it as a separate license.
Do we need desk phones?
No. Teams Phone works on laptops and the Teams mobile app with a headset. Desk phones suit reception, warehouses and shared areas.
How do outside calls connect?
