Closing Critical Security Gaps on a SaaS Platform Without Disrupting Production

For a call-analytics SaaS platform, uptime and security are the product. An audit of its web infrastructure found subdomains outside a security proxy, SSL settings that allowed a downgrade path instead of strict end-to-end encryption, a wildcard postMessage origin in front-end code, and a CORS configuration too permissive for production.

Prismware audited the full web infrastructure, moved every subdomain behind a Cloudflare proxy, and set SSL to Full (Strict) to eliminate the downgrade path.
