The problem
An AI software platform sent its product email through Exchange, a system built for an office, not a product. Its email, hosting and customer data needed infrastructure built for a software company.
What we did
Prismware migrated the platform's email from Exchange to Azure Communication Services, configured DNS and SSL for its applications on Azure App Service, and built its CRM on Dataverse.
