What actually moves.
Admin access. Your global admin grants Prismware delegated access in the Microsoft admin center and removes the previous partner's.
Licensing. Subscriptions move to Prismware as your Cloud Solution Provider at renewal or on a planned date, with no change to the environment.
Code and documentation. Extension source code, integration credentials and design documents transfer to your company's own repository.
What you get after the switch.
Prismware supports Business Central, Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, the Microsoft 365 tenant around them, and the scanners, printers and laptops your team runs them on. One partner answers for all of it, and every change ships through a tested release process.
Partner switch questions.
Do we lose data or have downtime when we switch?
No. Your environment and data stay in your Microsoft tenant. Only the partner access and the license provider change.
We are mid-contract with our current partner. Can we still switch?
Check your services agreement for notice periods. Your Microsoft subscriptions and environment are not tied to the services contract.
Our implementation is unfinished. Can Prismware take it over?
Yes. Prismware assesses the project, separates what works from what needs rework, and re-plans the path to go-live.
What if our previous partner left no documentation?
Prismware rebuilds documentation from the live environment and decompiles nothing it does not have rights to. Missing extension source is requested from the previous partner as part of the transfer.
