The problem
The company delivers specialized work at its customers' sites. Its Field Service setup had to follow how that work is actually sold, scheduled and delivered, not the other way around.
What we did
Prismware led planning and design with the company's team, reviewed how its existing Dynamics 365 data was used, and mapped three end-to-end processes into Field Service: prospect to quote, service to delivery, and administration. A dedicated Prismware development team keeps extending the platform.
