The problem
A testing and certification firm serving cleanrooms and healthcare facilities runs its field work on Dynamics 365. Its Field Service setup had to follow how certification work is actually sold, scheduled and delivered, with steady development capacity behind the platform.
What we did
Prismware led CRM planning and design with the firm's team, reviewed how its existing Dynamics 365 data was used, and mapped three end-to-end processes into the Field Service design: prospect to quote, service to delivery, and administration. Two dedicated Dynamics 365 developers then build and extend the platform every month.
The result
The firm works from a Field Service design built on its own certification process. Two Dynamics 365 developers keep extending it every month, and its Azure usage is billed through Prismware on the same account.
