The problem
A transportation safety and compliance firm needed to move 20 mailboxes off Google Workspace, including one 143 GB mailbox, without losing historical data or interrupting email with its clients.
What we did
Prismware planned and ran the full migration across all 20 mailboxes, staging the 143 GB mailbox so it moved cleanly. Along the way, Prismware found and fixed a Teams federation issue caused by a trial-tenant restriction, so external collaboration worked on the new platform.
The result
All 20 mailboxes, including the 143 GB mailbox, moved to Microsoft 365 with no data loss, and external collaboration in Teams worked from day one. The firm then moved its IT support to Prismware under a managed services agreement.
