The Dynamics 365 and AI partner behind your MSP.
Your clients ask you about ERP, reporting, and AI. Prismware delivers Dynamics 365, Power BI, and AI automation under your brand or alongside your team, and the client relationship stays yours.
A specialist bench for MSPs and IT providers
Prismware works with managed service providers, IT support firms, and Microsoft CSPs whose clients need business applications their team isn't set up to deliver.
You're a fit if:
- Your clients are small and mid-sized businesses with 10 or more people
- You manage their infrastructure, Microsoft 365, security, or helpdesk
- They are starting to ask about ERP, CRM, reporting, or AI, and you'd rather say yes than refer them away
- You want a partner who strengthens your client relationship instead of competing for it
We work with MSPs across the United States and Canada.
Why MSPs partner for Dynamics 365 instead of building a practice
Running infrastructure and running business applications are different disciplines. A Dynamics 365 implementation needs functional consultants who understand accounting, inventory, manufacturing, and sales processes, plus developers who can integrate the system with everything else the client uses.
Building that team in-house means hiring certified consultants, keeping them busy between projects, and carrying the risk when a project goes sideways. For most MSPs, it doesn't pay off for the number of business application projects they see each year.
A specialist partner gives you that capability on demand. You say yes to the client, keep control of the relationship, and add a higher-value service line without adding headcount.
What we cover
The Microsoft work your clients ask for beyond infrastructure
These are the requests MSPs most often bring to Prismware.
Dynamics 365 Business Central
For clients outgrowing QuickBooks, Sage, or spreadsheets. We scope, implement, migrate data, train users, and support Business Central after go-live.
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain
For larger manufacturers and distributors with multi-entity finance, complex inventory, or production planning. We also deliver Project Operations.
Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
CRM connected to the client's ERP and Microsoft 365, so sales, service, and finance work from the same data.
Power BI and reporting
Dashboards and data models built on the client's ERP, CRM, and finance systems, designed so the client can keep building on them.
AI, Copilot, and Power Automate
Workflow automation, AI agents, and practical Copilot use cases built around how the client's teams actually work.
Support for existing Dynamics systems
Ongoing support, fixes, upgrades, and enhancements for Dynamics environments, including ones another partner implemented.
Integrations and custom apps
Connections between Dynamics and e-commerce, shipping, banking, and line-of-business systems, plus Power Apps and portals for staff and customers.
Three ways to work with Prismware
White-label. Prismware works as part of your team, under your name. Your client sees your MSP. Our consultants and developers work through your channels, and you stay the single point of contact.
Co-delivery. You introduce Prismware as your Dynamics specialist. You keep infrastructure, Microsoft 365, security, and helpdesk. We own the business applications. Both teams work from one plan for the client.
Referral. You pass along the opportunity and stay informed as it moves forward. Prismware handles scoping and delivery, and you stay connected to the outcome.
You can choose a different model for each client. Terms for each model are covered in the partner agreement.
Your client stays your client
The most common reason MSPs hesitate to bring in another partner is the risk of losing the client. We designed our partner program around that concern.
- Prismware does not sell managed IT, Microsoft 365 support, or hardware to clients that partners bring in. This commitment is written into the partner agreement as non-solicitation.
- If you're a Microsoft CSP, licensing stays with you. If you're not, Prismware can supply licensing through its own CSP agreements, in the way you choose.
- In white-label engagements, Prismware is never presented to your client unless you ask us to be.
How a client project runs with Prismware
- You bring the need. Use the form to tell us about the client and what they're asking for.
- We scope it together. Prismware joins a discovery session (as your team, or as your specialist) and produces a written scope and proposal.
- You present it. In white-label and co-delivery, the proposal is prepared so you can present it to your client as part of your services.
- We deliver. Configuration, data migration, integrations, training, and go-live, with you included on status updates and key decisions.
- Ongoing support. After go-live, we support the application layer while you continue managing everything else.
What MSPs get from Prismware
- Depth across the full Dynamics stack. Business Central, Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. You won't need a second partner when a client grows.
- Clear, written scopes. Every engagement is scoped in writing before work starts, so you can set client expectations with confidence.
- Our own delivery architecture. Prismware has built its own approach to connecting ERP, CRM, portals, and automation, so client systems can change as the business changes.
- AI built in. Every engagement looks for where automation and AI can remove manual work.
- Licensing and hardware when needed. As a Microsoft CSP working with distributors including Ingram Micro and Arrow, Prismware can support the full stack, on your terms.
- Teams across time zones. Delivery capacity across multiple regions for faster turnaround and coverage outside standard hours.

What size clients does Prismware work with?
Typically organizations with 10 or more people, including manufacturers, distributors, professional services firms, and software companies.
Does Prismware work with MSPs in the United States and Canada?
Yes. Prismware partners with MSPs and IT providers across the United States and Canada.
