SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

SMS Messaging Program

Prismware Technologies assigns individual phone numbers to employees for one-to-one text conversations with clients and prospects — for example, confirming meeting times, answering project questions, or coordinating implementation work already underway.

These numbers are not used for bulk marketing, promotional campaigns, or automated/API-driven messaging. Every message is sent by a specific Prismware employee to a specific person with whom they already have a business relationship.

How Consent Is Collected

Clients and prospects are enrolled in text messaging only after speaking with a Prismware employee directly — by phone, email, or through a form on this site. Consent is confirmed verbally or in writing at that time, and is tied to an existing business relationship.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

Sample Messages

"Hi, this is [Employee Name] from Prismware Technologies. Just confirming our call for [date/time] — let me know if that still works. Reply STOP to opt out."

"This is [Employee Name] at Prismware. Sending over the document we discussed shortly. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
